Moraira is situated on the Costa Blanca and was voted best holiday destination in Spain in 2014! Originally, Moraira is a small fishing town, which can still be seen if you visit the harbour area where fresh fish is still auctioned. The village has its own authentic character and is increasingly popular among modern travellers. Moraira is often called the “St. Tropez of Spain” in travel brochures. There are only a few hotels in the village, as the majority of visitors stay in one of the many villas in the valley and surrounding hills.

With more than 300 sunny days a year, Moraira has been declared by the World Health Organisation to be the area with one of the best climates in the world! Moraira is a great place for activities like hiking, cycling, tennis, water sports and golf. There are several beautiful golf courses in the immediate area. To unwind from the daily stress and pressure will be a breeze.

In neighbouring towns like Javea, Denia, Calpe and Benidorm there is also plenty to do. For breath taking architecture and scenery, Valencia is an absolute must see. Just an hour’s drive will take you to the centre of this fantastic city. For wining and dining and lunch at the highest possible level visit 3-star restaurant “Quique Dacosta”, voted best restaurant in Europe in 2013 by “Opinionated About Dining”.
