The villa layout is practical and much attention has been paid to details that will optimize your vacation. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people (+1 baby). On arrival you will be welcomed by our house manager and you will be given a small tour around the house to demonstrate various features of the villa. The house manager will be available when needed during your stay for any questions you might have.
Driving through the remote controlled car gate will get you to the parking area. A few steps down the stairs will take you to the main entrance. Walking around the house you will find the pool and terrace. The glass facade can be opened completely and will seamlessly extend the living room all the way to the pool. The villa and terrace are completely free from doorsteps and barriers to accommodate people with physical disabilities or wheel chairs to move freely through and around the villa. The living room and three bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms equipped with floor heating. During the colder months this makes for comfortable temperatures. For the little ones we also offer a folding cot, high chair and step-up.
In the spacious living room there is a large dining table with 6 luxury chairs to make the most of your dinner time. For entertainment you can use satellite TV with most European channels, DVD player, Playstation 2 and a stereo set up with iPhone / iPad / USB dock station. Movies you bring on your device can be played through this system. New for 2017 is our Denon “HEOS” wireless music system that will be available in the living room and both master bedrooms. You can stream from your own device or use our ModernVillaMoraira Spotify account. You will find we also have various board games available. On the terrace there is a large dining table for up to 10 people where you can enjoy the views to the Mediterranean till the wee hours of the morning.
The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with everything positioned within reach; electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven with grill function, kettle and Dolce Gusto espresso machine. A water descaler creates silky soft water.
Throughout the villa and the terrace you have free internet access through WiFi.
The large pool is chlorine-free and kept clean and fresh through salt electrolysis. The pool maintenance man will visit once or twice a week depending on the season to keep the pool in perfect condition. No more problems with discoloured hair, itching and odour, and faded swimwear. To increase the safety of children, the villa has a removable mesh fencing, which can be used to close off the pool area without obstructing the view of the sea. Next to the pool you will find a lounge area where you can enjoy a drink while looking across the valley to the Mediterranean and pool.
Under the palm trees you will find a large hammock, big enough to accommodate two persons. Want to exercise? Bring your football as we have a mini soccer field with goals where young and old can enjoy themselves. High plants surrounding the field make sure that kids do not just wander off.
