From July to September the villa is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period, other days of arrival and departure are possible on request.
Prices are per week and include; wifi, bed / bath linen and electricity**. Costs for final cleaning are €195, -. Extra changing of bed/bath linen at €15 for a single bed and €30 for a double. A security deposit of € 500,- applies. The security deposit will be refunded into your account within one week. Cost in damages to the property and/or loss of keys and remote controls will be deducted from the security deposit at the house manager's discretion.
Special offer winter period (November-March), stay 4 weeks and pay 3 weeks. ** Use of electricity up to 50kW p/p/w is included. Usage above will be deducted from the security deposit at then applicable rate.
